Diving in Malta

The beautiful islands of Malta and Gozo lie in the middle of the blue Mediterranean Sea about fifty miles to the south of Sicily. When diving in Malta one can spot corals, which are found on arches, reefs and caves. They glow form magnificent orange to pink color and are mainly outstanding to photograph at night. There are few sea animals to watch but not to grip as they might be vicious or poisonous on bristles and spines. It is of utmost important for all divers to keep wide eyes open for scorpion fish, bristle worms, sea urchins and the stingray.

Furthermore, there are numerous ideal dive sites for any level, starting with the shallow 5m to 18 m, which is perfect for beginners and can enjoy wrecks and amazing reef. Then for more advanced experienced divers, they can have the pleasure to depth of water at 30m to 40m. They can visit plenty of wrecks. There is also a firstly rated spot for Technical Divers; they can dive close to the wrecks from World War I and II.
