For the first time, the St.Paul’s Bay Local Council and Catwalk Productions International are organizing the Malta Summer Carnival Weekend 2010. The event will be held along Bugibba Promenade and in Bugibba Square on Saturday 21st August from 7pm till 11.30pm and on Sunday 22nd August 2010 from 7pm till 11pm.
