This unusual natural phenomenon is one of the features at Dwejra renowned for its exclusive and magnificent look. The window has two perpendicular-cut vertical rock and massive horizontal rock on top in the window itself. This is visited by many professional photographers, artists and tourists. Opposite the azure window one can glaze the fungus rock, popular with the medieval knights which used to grow medicinal plants.
